About Us

The Colonial Motel has been under the ownership of the Tyler family for almost 30 years. We work hard to make the Motel a comfortable place for travelers.

Our rooms are not the "cookie cutter" rooms of most national chains. Our rooms are all different and they have their own individual charm. As a family owned motel, we take great pride in our rooms and want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Our property is located away from the main interstate in a quiet setting. It is not far from the town of Brattleboro with their unique stores.

We have a Christmas Tree Farm on our property where during the month of December you can tag and cut your own tree or buy one already cut for you.
